London, UK — April 20, 2015 — KeepItSafe®, a premium, white-glove service for online disaster recovery and data backup, and a brand of j2 Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:JCOM), today announced that the company has been awarded a G-Cloud Framework Agreement from the UK Government.
G-Cloud registration will allow KeepItSafe to sell its cloud services to public sector agencies — effectively classifying the company as an approved government supplier. This pre-approval will also provide government buyers with a streamlined mechanism to purchase KeepItSafe’s solutions.
“G-Cloud registration serves as a vote of confidence across the entire UK Government for KeepItSafe’s disaster recovery and backup services,” said Eoin Blacklock, Managing Director for KeepItSafe. “This, combined with our ISO-27001 certification, gives both public entities and private-sector businesses trust in KeepItSafe to protect their most sensitive and mission-critical business data.”
As a G-Cloud-registered business, KeepItSafe will have its services available for public-sector buyers in the UK Government online marketplace CloudStore.
